#Praying
Prayer is often something that people, including Christians, take for granted. When someone posts about an illness on social media, or mentions a need in conversation, our response is often, “I’ll pray for you!” – because it’s the easiest thing we can do. But prayer is much more than that. It’s a constant conversation with God the Father, and it is how we share with Him our adoration and thanksgiving for being who He is, confess our sins and issues, and ask for His help and healing while receiving His guidance and blessings.
This first week, Pastor Jamie introduces the series, and focuses on the idea of Adoration in prayer. We should constantly remember who God is – our Creator and Father in Heaven who loves us completely and desires a relationship with us all.
